For use with Engage Deodorant Mate for the first time, shake the container well , then stand it up approximately 15cm of your armpit. Spray enough of the deodorant over your underarms and allow it to dry prior to dressing. It is suggested to apply it after showering, or whenever you need to refresh throughout the daytime.
